How do I make a booking on your website?

What information do I need in order to book?

We will need the following information when booking:

How many passengers?

Where you would like to be picked up?

Where you are headed?

Timing for pick up?

Flight Number (Arrival/Departure)?

Name Displayed on Pickup Sign?

Do you have any extra luggage?

Primary/Alternate contact info (Phone/Email)?

Preferred payment method?

Any other accommodations (pets/accessibility)?

Additional notes:

  • If you have any children and require additional child seats, feel free to let us know.
  • There is an extra charge for 407 ETR based on destination.

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

Give us a shout! Contact us via phone/email and we will ensure the precise locations for pick up and drop off while providing you a quote for the ride as well. Feel free to contact us at any point for further inquiries/questions about our services.

How do I pay for my transfer?

Meo limousine accepts a wide variety of payment methods, from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc. If you are booking via our system; you will be able to pay after entering all the needed information. If you are booking with our team; When your booking is confirmed our team will provide you with a payment invoice. We advise you to pay via the invoice so your chauffeur can be ready for your luxury ride service.

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Well yes of course! You can book with ease with multiple stops with our booking system or just please just let us know when booking so can provide you a correct estimated amount for you!

What if I require more than one vehicle?

Of Course, No one has to be left out! Please just let us know when booking so we can make accommodate your request!

Can I book an Hourly Service?

Of Course! Feel free to select the hourly tab and book an hourly trip today! If you are booking with a Team Member, please let us know when booking so we can acquire your ride service accordingly.

Before you travel

How long will the transfer take?

The rides time limit will be dependent on where you are being picked up and where you want to go. A rough estimate is provided when booking. Please take into consideration pickup time before booking.

What luggage entitlement will I have?

When picking the booking we will provide you the specifications of the vehicle for seats and space. Based on the passenger count and the space of the vehicle, we can let you know how many bags/suitcases we can fit. Please mention any luggage when booking to ensure it can fit alongside the passengers for the ride

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

The location for pick up and drop off can be specified by you! After booking, we will have one of our drivers reach out to you. Let us know where you’d prefer it to be either when making the booking itself or through the driver’s contact.

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

After booking, we will have one of our drivers reach out to you. Attempt to call them via phone/email, If they are unreachable give us a call directly at +1 (800) 636-1485! We will make sure to locate your driver and give you an exact time and location the driver will be at the pick up location

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

Of Course, no one has to be left out! Contact us and let us know your new expanded passenger count and we will gladly accommodate for you. This can be done via our email/phone

What if my flight or train has been delayed?

Not to worry! We will track your flight/train status and adjust the time of your pickup accordingly.
