1. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
“Meo Limousine,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to Meo Limousine Inc., including its employees, representatives, dispatch personnel, authorized agents, approved Affiliate Service Providers, and subcontracted transportation providers acting on behalf of Meo Limousine.
“Guest,” “Passenger,” “Customer,” or “Client” means the individual, company, organization, or other legal entity requesting, booking, paying for, receiving, or arranging transportation services through Meo Limousine.
“Booking Request” means any request submitted to Meo Limousine for transportation services through the website, telephone, email, online booking system, corporate account, affiliate network, or any other approved booking method. A Booking Request does not constitute an accepted or confirmed reservation.
“Confirmed Reservation” or “Booking” means a reservation that has been accepted by Meo Limousine following successful payment authorization (where applicable), operational review, vehicle availability, and issuance of an official written confirmation.
“Chauffeur” or “Driver” means an individual employed, contracted, or subcontracted by Meo Limousine or an Affiliate Service Provider to perform transportation services.
“Affiliate Service Provider” means an independently owned transportation company, limousine company, chauffeur service, fleet operator, subcontractor, or approved network partner engaged by Meo Limousine to perform all or part of a transportation service.
“Transportation Provider” means either Meo Limousine or the Affiliate Service Provider assigned to perform the transportation service.
“Vehicle Class” refers to the category of vehicle selected during the booking process. A Vehicle Class does not guarantee a particular manufacturer, model, colour, trim level, year, licence plate, or specific vehicle unless expressly confirmed by Meo Limousine in writing.
“Service” means any chauffeur transportation, airport transfer, point-to-point transfer, hourly charter, executive transportation, corporate transportation, event transportation, long-distance transportation, or any other transportation service arranged or provided by Meo Limousine.
2. BOOKING TERMS
2.1 Booking Requests
Booking Requests should be submitted in advance through Meo Limousine’s approved booking channels.
All Booking Requests are subject to:
- Vehicle availability
- Chauffeur availability
- Geographic service availability
- Successful payment authorization where applicable
- Operational feasibility
- Fraud prevention procedures
- Accurate information supplied by the Guest
- Final acceptance by Meo Limousine
Submission of a Booking Request does not create a contractual obligation requiring Meo Limousine to provide transportation services.
2.2 Reservation Confirmation
A reservation shall only be considered confirmed after Meo Limousine has completed its operational review and issued an official written confirmation to the Guest.
The following do not constitute confirmation of a reservation:
- Order numbers
- Automated confirmation emails
- Pending booking notifications
- Payment attempts
- Temporary payment authorizations
- Quotations or estimates
- Invoices
- Reservation requests
- Website acknowledgements
Guests should not make travel arrangements based solely upon a Booking Request until an official confirmation has been received.
2.3 Guest Responsibility
The Guest is solely responsible for ensuring that all booking information is complete, accurate, and current.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Pickup date and time
- Pickup location
- Destination
- Additional stops
- Airline and flight information
- Passenger count
- Luggage quantity
- Vehicle selection
- Service duration
- Contact information
- Billing information
- Child safety seat requirements
- Accessibility requests
- Special instructions
Meo Limousine shall not be responsible for delays, missed pickups, service interruptions, additional charges, or operational difficulties resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information supplied by the Guest or any person acting on the Guest’s behalf.
2.4 Reservation Modifications
Any request to modify a reservation must be submitted through Meo Limousine by email, telephone, or another approved communication method.
All modification requests remain subject to vehicle availability, chauffeur availability, operational feasibility, and fare recalculation where applicable.
Changes may result in revised pricing, additional charges, or updated cancellation conditions.
No requested modification shall become effective until confirmed in writing by Meo Limousine.
2.5 Material Changes
The following shall be considered material modifications to a reservation:
- Service date
- Pickup time
- Pickup location
- Destination
- Route
- Additional stops
- Vehicle Class
- Passenger quantity
- Luggage quantity
- Service duration
- Type of transportation service
Material modifications may require the reservation to be repriced, reassessed, or rebooked depending upon operational availability.
2.6 Duplicate Reservations
Each Booking Request submitted by a Guest shall be treated as an independent reservation unless otherwise agreed in writing by Meo Limousine.
Guests are responsible for reviewing confirmation emails and notifying Meo Limousine immediately if duplicate or incorrect reservations have been submitted.
Confirmed duplicate reservations that are not reported within the applicable cancellation period may remain subject to the cancellation provisions contained within these Terms.
2.7 Right to Decline or Cancel a Reservation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meo Limousine reserves the right to decline, suspend, place on hold, or cancel any Booking Request or reservation where:
- Payment has not been successfully authorized or verified.
- Fraudulent, suspicious, abusive, or unlawful activity is suspected.
- Inaccurate, inconsistent, or incomplete information has been provided.
- The requested Service cannot reasonably be performed.
- Passenger or luggage requirements exceed vehicle capacity.
- Operational limitations prevent performance.
- Local licensing or regulatory requirements prevent performance.
- Weather, road conditions, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control affect operations.
- The Guest breaches these Terms and Conditions.
Where reasonably practicable, Meo Limousine will notify the Guest using the contact information supplied during the booking process.
2.8 Operational Discretion
Meo Limousine reserves the right to make reasonable operational decisions necessary to safely and efficiently perform a reservation.
This includes, where reasonably necessary:
- Assigning or reassigning chauffeurs.
- Substituting vehicles within the confirmed Vehicle Class or a higher class where available.
- Modifying routes due to traffic, weather, road closures, construction, emergencies, airport restrictions, border delays, or legal requirements.
- Utilizing one or more approved Affiliate Service Providers to perform the transportation service.
- Making reasonable operational adjustments necessary to successfully complete the Service.
Such operational decisions shall not, by themselves, constitute a failure to provide the contracted transportation service.
2.9 Communications
The Guest must provide a valid telephone number and email address capable of receiving communications before and during the Service.
Operational communications may include:
- Reservation confirmations
- Chauffeur assignment
- Payment notifications
- Booking modifications
- Service reminders
- Estimated arrival notifications
- Operational updates
- Emergency communications
The Guest remains responsible for reviewing all communications relating to their reservation and promptly notifying Meo Limousine of any discrepancies.
3. PAYMENTS & FEES
3.1 Payment Authorization
By providing payment information when submitting a Booking Request, the Guest represents and warrants that they are the authorized cardholder or have obtained the authorization of the cardholder to use the selected payment method.
The Guest authorizes Meo Limousine and its payment service providers to process payment authorizations, verify transaction details, conduct fraud and security screening, place temporary authorization holds where applicable, and charge all amounts properly payable in connection with the reservation and these Terms and Conditions.
Submission of payment information does not guarantee that a reservation has been confirmed.
3.2 Payment Verification
All reservations remain subject to successful payment authorization and verification.
A payment attempt, pending transaction, temporary authorization hold, payment receipt, or automated booking acknowledgement does not constitute successful payment or confirmation of a reservation.
Payment shall only be considered accepted once the transaction has been successfully authorized, verified, and accepted by Meo Limousine or where an alternative billing arrangement has been approved in writing.
3.3 Unsuccessful or Unverified Payments
Where payment is declined, reversed, disputed, unsuccessful, incomplete, under review, or otherwise cannot be verified, Meo Limousine reserves the right to withhold reservation confirmation, vehicle assignment, chauffeur assignment, dispatch, or performance of the requested Service.
Meo Limousine shall have no obligation to provide transportation services until payment has been successfully completed and the reservation has been officially confirmed.
Meo Limousine shall not be responsible for delays, reservation cancellations, or service interruptions resulting from unsuccessful payment processing, card issuer decisions, banking restrictions, fraud prevention procedures, or payment processor requirements beyond our reasonable control.
3.4 Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply where applicable, including but not limited to:
- Additional waiting time
- Overtime or hourly extensions
- Additional mileage or distance
- Additional stops
- Route changes requested by the Guest
- Airport, venue, parking, toll, or ferry charges
- Vehicle damage
- Excessive cleaning
- Smoking or vaping remediation
- Additional passengers or luggage
- Services requested after confirmation
Where reasonably practicable, any applicable additional charges will be itemized.
3.5 Tollway Fees
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, tollway fees, parking charges, ferry fees, bridge tolls, airport access fees, congestion charges, and similar third-party transportation costs are not included in the quoted fare.
For services operating in Houston, Texas, Los Angeles, California, and Vancouver, British Columbia, applicable tollway fees are generally included within the quoted fare unless otherwise stated in the reservation confirmation.
For services operating in Toronto, Ontario, tollway fees, including but not limited to Highway 407 ETR, are not included unless the reservation has been specifically quoted and confirmed as an “All-Inclusive” fare.
For all other service locations, tolls, parking, ferries, bridge fees, congestion charges, airport access fees, and other applicable roadway or transportation charges shall remain the responsibility of the Guest unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Meo Limousine.
Where additional tolls or roadway charges become payable during the Service due to the Guest’s requested route, destination changes, or operational requirements, such charges may be billed to the Guest following completion of the Service or collected during the Service where appropriate.
3.6 Gratuity
Gratuity is not included unless expressly stated on the quotation, invoice, booking confirmation, or reservation summary.
Where a gratuity has been selected during the booking process or agreed upon in advance, it may be included within the total amount charged.
3.7 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Guests are encouraged to contact Meo Limousine before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that the matter may be reviewed and resolved where appropriate.
Where a payment dispute is initiated, Meo Limousine reserves the right to provide relevant reservation records, payment records, communications, GPS records, chauffeur reports, invoices, booking confirmations, and other supporting documentation to the applicable financial institution, payment processor, card issuer, legal representative, or competent authority.
Nothing contained within this section limits any legal rights available to the Guest under applicable law.
4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
4.1 Standard Reservations
Unless otherwise stated within the reservation confirmation, cancellations received more than six (6) hours before the scheduled pickup time will generally not incur a cancellation charge.
Reservations cancelled within six (6) hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to cancellation charges of up to the full reservation amount depending upon the nature of the reservation, vehicle commitment, chauffeur assignment, affiliate costs, and operational expenses already incurred.
4.2 Premium, Long-Distance & Special Event Reservations
Reservations involving weddings, proms, concerts, conferences, sporting events, long-distance transportation, multiple vehicles, premium vehicles, international transportation, or other specially arranged services may be subject to alternative cancellation terms.
Where different cancellation terms apply, they will be disclosed during the quotation, booking process, or reservation confirmation.
4.3 Right to Cancel
Meo Limousine reserves the right to cancel or decline any reservation where:
- Payment has not been successfully verified.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified.
- The requested Service cannot reasonably be performed.
- Vehicle availability changes unexpectedly.
- Operational, safety, licensing, regulatory, or legal concerns arise.
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent performance.
Where reasonably possible, Meo Limousine will notify the Guest using the contact information provided with the reservation.
4.4 Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued where permitted under these Terms and applicable law.
Refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be considered where:
- A reservation is cancelled within the applicable cancellation period.
- Meo Limousine is unable to perform a Confirmed Reservation due to circumstances reasonably within our control.
- An incorrect charge has been verified.
- Meo Limousine agrees in writing that a refund is appropriate.
4.5 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Subject to applicable law, refunds will generally not be provided in circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Guest no-show.
- Late cancellation.
- Incorrect booking information supplied by the Guest.
- Flight cancellations, diversions, missed connections, or airline schedule changes.
- Undisclosed excess passengers or luggage.
- Service refusal resulting from unlawful, unsafe, abusive, or prohibited conduct.
- Services that have already been completed.
- Charges properly incurred under these Terms and Conditions.
4.6 Refund Requests
Refund requests should be submitted in writing to Meo Limousine and should include:
- Reservation number
- Guest name
- Date of Service
- Reason for the request
- Supporting documentation where applicable
Refund requests should normally be submitted within seven (7) days following the scheduled Service unless otherwise required by applicable law.
4.7 Processing of Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be processed back to the original method of payment.
Processing times refer only to the period required for Meo Limousine to initiate the refund. The timing of when funds become available remains subject to the policies and processing times of the Guest’s financial institution or payment provider.
4.8 Third-Party Reservations
Where a reservation has been made through a travel agency, affiliate, booking platform, corporate travel department, or another third-party provider, refund requests may be subject to the policies of that third party.
Meo Limousine shall not be responsible for refund processing controlled by independent third-party booking providers.
5. GUEST CONDUCT & SAFETY
5.1 Respectful Conduct
Guests shall conduct themselves in a respectful, professional, and lawful manner throughout the duration of the Service.
Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, intimidating, violent, or otherwise inappropriate conduct toward chauffeurs, employees, Affiliate Service Providers, passengers, or members of the public will not be tolerated.
5.2 Refusal or Termination of Service
Meo Limousine, the assigned chauffeur, or an Affiliate Service Provider may refuse to commence or may terminate the Service where a Guest or member of the travelling party:
- Creates a reasonable safety concern.
- Threatens or abuses another person.
- Is excessively intoxicated or disruptive.
- Damages or threatens to damage the vehicle.
- Engages in unlawful conduct.
- Refuses to comply with lawful safety instructions.
- Exceeds the lawful passenger capacity of the vehicle.
- Attempts to transport prohibited or hazardous materials.
Where reasonably practicable, Service will only be terminated at a safe location.
Where Service is refused or terminated due to the Guest’s material breach of these Terms, the Guest may remain responsible for the applicable fare and any additional costs incurred.
5.3 Passenger Safety
All passengers are required to wear seat belts where required by applicable law and comply with all lawful instructions provided by the chauffeur relating to the safe operation of the vehicle.
5.4 Smoking, Vaping & Alcohol
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Alcohol may only be consumed where permitted by applicable law and expressly approved by the assigned Transportation Provider.
5.5 Illegal or Hazardous Materials
Guests shall not transport unlawful, explosive, flammable, toxic, hazardous, or otherwise dangerous materials within any vehicle operated by Meo Limousine or an Affiliate Service Provider.
The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse transportation where such materials are present or reasonably suspected.
6. WAITING TIME & PICK-UP PROCEDURES
6.1 Standard Pick-Up Waiting Time
Unless otherwise stated in the reservation confirmation, Meo Limousine provides fifteen (15) minutes of complimentary waiting time for all non-airport pick-ups beginning from the confirmed pick-up time.
Where the Guest is not ready within the complimentary waiting period, additional waiting charges of up to CAD $75.00 per hour may apply, subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
Continued waiting beyond the complimentary period is not guaranteed and remains at the sole discretion of Meo Limousine or the assigned Transportation Provider.
6.2 Airport Pick-Up Waiting Time
For airport arrivals where a valid flight number has been provided during the booking process, complimentary waiting time shall generally be sixty (60) minutes from the aircraft’s actual arrival time unless otherwise specified within the reservation confirmation.
Where airport regulations, affiliate procedures, or reservation details specify a different waiting period, those confirmed terms shall apply.
Airport pick-up procedures may vary depending upon the airport, terminal, city, country, or Affiliate Service Provider assigned to perform the Service.
6.3 Chauffeur Meeting Procedure
Where meet-and-greet service has been arranged, the assigned chauffeur will normally wait at the designated meeting location with a name sign displaying the Guest’s surname or company name where applicable.
Should the Guest be unable to locate the chauffeur, the Guest must immediately contact either the chauffeur directly or Meo Limousine before leaving the designated meeting area or arranging alternative transportation.
Failure to contact Meo Limousine may result in the reservation being treated as a no-show.
6.4 Delayed Passenger
Guests who anticipate delays should notify Meo Limousine or the assigned chauffeur as soon as reasonably possible.
Additional waiting time remains subject to chauffeur availability and may result in additional charges.
7. FLIGHT, TRAIN & TRAVEL DISRUPTIONS
7.1 Flight & Train Information
Guests are responsible for providing complete and accurate airline, flight number, train number, arrival information, departure information, and terminal details where applicable.
Flight monitoring is provided as an operational courtesy where available but shall not relieve the Guest of their responsibility to notify Meo Limousine of significant itinerary changes.
7.2 Flight Delays, Diversions & Cancellations
Where a flight or train is delayed, diverted, reassigned, cancelled, or otherwise modified, Guests should notify Meo Limousine as soon as possible.
While reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate revised arrival times, vehicle and chauffeur availability cannot be guaranteed and additional charges may apply.
Where a reservation is no longer eligible for cancellation under these Terms, the Service may be considered a no-show if the Guest fails to communicate the revised itinerary within a reasonable time.
7.3 Alternative Arrangements
Meo Limousine may, but is under no obligation to, arrange alternative transportation, revised scheduling, substitute vehicles, or affiliate transportation providers following travel disruptions.
Any revised transportation arrangements remain subject to availability and applicable pricing.
8. HOURLY SERVICES
8.1 Minimum Reservation
Hourly chauffeur services require a minimum reservation of two (3) consecutive hours unless otherwise approved in writing by Meo Limousine.
Reservations submitted below the minimum service duration may be declined or cancelled.
8.2 Included Distance
Hourly reservations include twenty (20) kilometres (approximately 12.4 miles) for each reserved hour of service unless otherwise stated within the reservation confirmation.
Any distance travelled beyond the included allowance may result in additional mileage charges.
8.3 Overtime & Additional Hours
Requests to extend an hourly reservation remain subject to chauffeur availability, vehicle availability, applicable local regulations, and operational scheduling.
Additional hourly charges shall apply to any approved extension beyond the original confirmed reservation.
8.4 Service Area
Guests are responsible for advising Meo Limousine in advance if the requested itinerary includes long-distance travel, cross-border transportation, or destinations outside the originally disclosed service area.
Failure to disclose such information may result in additional charges or inability to perform the requested Service.
9. PASSENGERS, LUGGAGE & SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
9.1 Passenger Capacity
Guests are responsible for selecting a Vehicle Class suitable for the total number of passengers and luggage.
Maximum passenger capacities advertised for each Vehicle Class represent general operational limits and may vary depending upon the specific vehicle assigned.
9.2 Vehicle Capacity Guidelines
Unless otherwise confirmed in writing:
Business Sedan / First Class Sedan
Maximum of three (3) passengers and three (3) standard pieces of luggage.
Business SUV / First Class SUV
Maximum of six (6) passengers and six (6) standard pieces of luggage.
Vehicle configurations may vary by city, country, affiliate provider, or manufacturer.
9.3 Excess Luggage
Guests travelling with luggage exceeding the published baggage allowance must notify Meo Limousine before confirmation of the reservation.
Transportation of excess luggage cannot be guaranteed and may require a larger vehicle, additional vehicle, or revised quotation.
Where excess luggage was not disclosed during booking and cannot be safely accommodated, Meo Limousine reserves the right to refuse transportation until suitable arrangements have been made.
9.4 Special Requirements
Requests involving child safety seats, wheelchairs, mobility equipment, oversized luggage, sports equipment, pets, service animals, or other special transportation requirements must be disclosed before confirmation.
Accommodation of special requests remains subject to availability and applicable law.
10. VEHICLES & CHAUFFEURS
10.1 Vehicle Images
Vehicle images displayed throughout the Meo Limousine website, quotations, brochures, or promotional material are provided solely as representative examples of the selected Vehicle Class.
Specific vehicle makes, models, colours, trim levels, model years, licence plates, or interior configurations cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
10.2 Vehicle Substitutions
Where operationally necessary, Meo Limousine reserves the right to substitute the reserved vehicle with another vehicle of the same Vehicle Class or a higher Vehicle Class at no additional cost to the Guest.
Vehicle substitutions may occur due to maintenance requirements, mechanical failure, scheduling conflicts, fleet availability, affiliate availability, weather conditions, or other operational circumstances.
10.3 Multiple Vehicle Substitution
Where the requested passenger count or operational circumstances require, Meo Limousine may perform the Service using multiple vehicles instead of one larger vehicle, provided that the overall transportation requirements of the reservation are satisfied.
10.4 Chauffeur Assignment
Chauffeur assignments remain subject to operational requirements and may be changed or reassigned at any time before or during the Service due to scheduling, illness, emergencies, regulatory requirements, operational considerations, or affiliate availability.
10.5 Chauffeur Authority
The assigned chauffeur retains full authority over all operational and safety-related decisions concerning the vehicle and the performance of the Service.
Guests shall not require or request a chauffeur to:
- Exceed legal passenger capacity.
- Violate traffic or parking regulations.
- Transport prohibited or hazardous materials.
- Operate the vehicle in an unsafe manner.
- Enter unsafe, inaccessible, or restricted areas.
- Disregard lawful safety requirements or instructions.
Where necessary to ensure the safety of passengers, the public, or the chauffeur, reasonable operational decisions made by the chauffeur shall be final.
10.6 Affiliate & Subcontracted Transportation Services
Meo Limousine operates both directly and through approved Affiliate Service Providers in various cities and countries.
By submitting a reservation, the Guest acknowledges and agrees that the requested Service may be performed by Meo Limousine or by an approved Affiliate Service Provider selected by Meo Limousine.
Affiliate Service Providers remain independently owned and operated businesses responsible for their own licensing, insurance, vehicles, chauffeurs, and compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.
Vehicle specifications, chauffeur procedures, amenities, and operational practices may vary depending upon the city, country, or Affiliate Service Provider assigned to perform the Service while maintaining the confirmed Vehicle Class and overall level of service wherever reasonably possible.
11. VEHICLE DAMAGE & CLEANLINESS
11.1 Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for exercising reasonable care while travelling in any vehicle arranged by Meo Limousine.
The Guest making the reservation shall be responsible for any damage caused by themselves or any member of their travelling party during the Service.
11.2 Cleaning & Damage Charges
Where a vehicle requires extraordinary cleaning, repair, sanitization, deodorizing, or restoration due to the actions of the Guest or members of the travelling party, Meo Limousine reserves the right to recover the reasonable costs associated with returning the vehicle to its original condition.
Such charges may include, but are not limited to:
- Interior or exterior damage
- Burns
- Tears or punctures
- Food or beverage spills
- Vomit or other biohazard contamination
- Smoking or vaping residue
- Excessive dirt or mud
- Broken equipment
- Missing vehicle accessories
- Damage caused by pets or improperly secured luggage
Supporting documentation may be retained where appropriate.
12. LOST PROPERTY
12.1 Passenger Property
Guests remain solely responsible for their personal belongings throughout the Service.
Guests are encouraged to carefully inspect the vehicle before exiting.
12.2 Lost Property
Meo Limousine, its chauffeurs, employees, and Affiliate Service Providers shall not be responsible for personal belongings left inside any vehicle.
Where lost property is located, reasonable efforts may be made to contact the Guest and arrange its return.
Courier fees, chauffeur time, mileage, shipping costs, customs charges, storage fees, or other reasonable expenses associated with returning lost property may be charged to the Guest.
13. GPS TRACKING & OPERATIONAL RECORDS
13.1 GPS Tracking
Vehicles operated directly by Meo Limousine or by Affiliate Service Providers may utilize GPS tracking, telematics, dispatch systems, route history, driver communication systems, and similar operational technologies.
Such information may be collected for:
- Dispatch operations
- Customer service
- Safety
- Fleet management
- Reservation verification
- Fraud prevention
- Insurance requirements
- Regulatory compliance
- Service quality
- Internal investigations
Operational records shall be handled in accordance with Meo Limousine’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation.
14. EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
14.1 Operational Interruptions
Meo Limousine shall not be considered in breach of these Terms where performance of the Service is delayed, interrupted, modified, substituted, or prevented due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances include, but are not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Traffic congestion
- Road closures
- Motor vehicle collisions
- Construction
- Airport congestion
- Flight or train disruptions
- Border delays
- Government action
- Public emergencies
- Labour disputes
- Civil disturbances
- Mechanical failures
- Utility interruptions
- Cybersecurity incidents
- Natural disasters
- Public health emergencies
- Acts of terrorism

14.2 Alternative Arrangements
Where reasonably practicable, Meo Limousine may attempt to provide an alternative vehicle, chauffeur, Affiliate Service Provider, pickup time, or revised itinerary.
Alternative arrangements remain subject to operational availability and may result in revised pricing where the Guest approves material changes to the Service.
15. LIABILITY
15.1 Service Commitment
Meo Limousine will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide safe, professional, and reliable transportation in accordance with the confirmed reservation.
Pickup times, travel durations, estimated arrival times, and routing information are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
15.2 Guest Planning Responsibility
Guests remain responsible for allowing adequate travel time for flights, trains, appointments, meetings, cruises, events, border crossings, and other time-sensitive commitments.
15.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meo Limousine shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special damages arising from delays, cancellations, substitutions, interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
This includes, without limitation:
- Missed flights
- Missed trains
- Missed cruises
- Missed appointments
- Missed meetings
- Missed events
- Loss of business
- Loss of profits
- Hotel expenses
- Alternative transportation
- Emotional distress
- Any other consequential loss
Nothing contained within these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
15.4 Third-Party Providers
Meo Limousine shall not be responsible for the acts, omissions, schedules, information, delays, policies, or services provided by airlines, airports, railway operators, payment processors, financial institutions, mapping providers, hotels, venues, travel agencies, or other independent third parties.
16. GENERAL PROVISIONS
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the applicable reservation confirmation, quotation, invoice, and any policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the complete agreement between Meo Limousine and the Guest relating to the reservation.
16.2 Electronic Communications
The Guest agrees that booking confirmations, invoices, receipts, reservation updates, service notifications, payment communications, and other notices may be delivered electronically.
Submission of a Booking Request, authorization of payment, acceptance of a quotation, or use of the confirmed Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
16.3 Assignment & Subcontracting
Meo Limousine reserves the right to assign, subcontract, or otherwise arrange the performance of any transportation service through an approved Affiliate Service Provider where reasonably necessary.
The Guest may not transfer or assign a reservation without the prior written consent of Meo Limousine.
16.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or limited only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.
The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16.5 Updates to these Terms
Meo Limousine reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Updated Terms shall apply to future reservations made after the revised version becomes effective. Material changes will not apply retroactively to an already confirmed reservation unless required by law or expressly agreed by the Guest.
16.6 Mandatory Rights
Nothing contained within these Terms and Conditions excludes, limits, or replaces any legal rights, remedies, guarantees, warranties, or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable legislation.
17. AGREEMENT & ACCEPTANCE
By booking services with Meo Limousine Inc., the Guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Guest Policy, Booking & Reservation, and Terms and Conditions.
Where a reservation is made on behalf of another individual, company, organization, or travelling party, the person making the reservation represents and warrants that they are authorized to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all passengers and agree to communicate these Terms and Conditions to each member of the travelling party.
